At 4:30 am this morning, G & I landed in O'hare to a blizzard and freezing temps after being in 80 degree weather in sunny California the past few days. Can you feel the contrast? lol Us, along with the rest of Chicago have become hermits hiding away in our homes from this never ending cold, so being able to escape and be outdoors for days felt like a breath of fresh air, literally! We had such a blast on our trip, we ended up taking 600+ photos (and that's just on my phone!) so I'll be sorting through them in the next couple days & posting our favorite moments soon! In the meantime, here's a (very) short preview of our SoCal vacation with our friends and family. We loved so many minutes of it!
