On January 2nd, I got the greatest new years gift I could've asked for. My parents came to stay with us for about 2 weeks between their cruise to Mexico, and may I say, it was the best way to start the new year! I love my parents so much. Getting to spend that time together was so good for me because we hadn't spent that much one on one time since I moved away from home over 7 years ago. Even while living in Jersey last summer, the business of day to day life made time fly, so them being here with us in Miami really blessed this firstborn's heart. I hadn't realized how much I missed them, and I felt blessed to be lucky enough to have parents I want to spend time with. So many people just don't have that free gift. That's why I cherish these memories so much, and love taking photos of our adventures together. These are the memories I don't want to forget!
Giving thanks through these photos, in what felt like a mini vacation for us too. From beach days, to walks downtown, to Art Museums, movie nights, ice cream and donuts and all the good stuff. <3
